Up until now, I still do occasional interviews and I often find myself asking myself if hiring this person would be a right decision.louannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05522758277418450920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19965514.post-63483486886560449262007-06-21T05:25:00.000+08:002007-06-21T05:25:00.000+08:00Great post, it reminds me of one position I applie...Great post, it reminds me of one position I applied for many years ago and bluffed my way into, but I was good at my job and proved it time and time again. When I was interviewing for new staff it would be quite a lengthy process to get to know them, and whether they would gel into my small team and be able to work under pressure and deal with the public. So before I started the process I would pray and ask for guidance. I would see all of the applicants over several days, and then spend the weekend allowing my mind to 'float', and then there was a vision of the right person or persons, so I would hire them and they turned out to be excellent students eager to learn....All you need is Faith and to Believe.
It works wonders, and you also have to believe in yourself too. I could rattle on lol, but I'll save it for my blog entry one of these days.
Nice one Lisa, God Bless my friend :o)

cotojo
http:cotojo.wordpress.com
http://grottynosh.wordpress.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
